The “Great Place to Work® Certified” certification program of the international research and consulting institute stands for a special commitment to shaping workplace culture and is awarded according to a secure procedure.

“We are delighted that our employees rated SAE so highly in an anonymous survey,” says Anna Jurisch, Human Resources Director. “The certification also provides us with valuable impetus to further develop as an employer.”

More than three quarters (77%) of the SAE workforce took part in the survey. In order to receive the seal of approval, employees are asked about their satisfaction on a representative and anonymous basis in accordance with the global Great Place to Work® standard. Certification requires a result of at least 65% approval from employees and a participation rate defined according to statistical criteria. The focus is on the topics of leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, cooperation, team spirit and identification with the company.

The certification is awarded for one year. “This award confirms our commitment to a positive and supportive working environment in which every employee can develop their full potential,” emphasizes Anna Jurisch. “It’s the culture of collaboration and respect that prevails here. Our employees are not just colleagues, but above all team members who support and encourage each other. It is important to us that everyone is heard and valued, regardless of position or department.
