Maintenance is not a big issue in our products: Despite unfavourable conditions, hardly any of our telecontrol customers has concluded a maintenance contract with us. For most applications, maintenance measures such as updating firmware or replacing a certificate are perfectly adequate. Not a bad indication of reliability, we think. And a good incentive to continue relying on the most freedom from maintenance possible.
