Please fill out the form below as completely as possible and send it by pressing the “Submit” button. Your message will be sent to our Repair and Service department. You will then receive an e-mail with an RMA [return merchandise authorisation] number. Please print out this e-mail and send it to us together with your product within 14 days. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns with your assigned RMA number in order to ensure the correct assignment at SAE.

If the warranty period of your unit has already been exceeded, you will be sent a separate cost estimate prior to the repair on which you can give the final order for the repair by means of your signature. The general terms and conditions of SAE IT-systems GmbH & Co. KG apply.
